We offer 3 "types" of accommodations; "MountainSide", "OceanVIEW" and "OceanFRONT": Our "MountainSide" and "OceanVIEW" condos are 100 feet from the water, just across the beach road. Our vacation condos have all recently been totally refurbished and
redecorated. For your comfort many of our Kona condos have air conditioning units and have
ceiling fans in every room. We have free private phones in each of our Kona condos.

Our resort facility offers a pool, outdoor jacuzzi spa, several built-in barbecues with tables for dining under the palm trees on the oceanfront lawns, and three small, sandy sunning beaches with tidal pools for exploring. Also on the grounds is a physician's office, mini-mart, deli and snorkel shop.
Just 5 minutes south of our Kona condos are two terrific white sand beaches; Magic Sands & Kahalu'u. These beaches are great for sunning, swimming, snorkeling, and body-boarding. If and when you tire of the beach, there are several excellent golf courses in Kona/Waikoloa area. Major shopping and all levels of dining are available within a very convenient 3 mile radius of our Kona condos. Our affiliation with AVIS RENT A CAR, allows us to offer our guests car rentals at very competitive rates, beginning at $22 per day.
To reserve specific dates, please call. A three night
deposit is required within seven days of booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to
arrival. We accept VISA or MASTERCARD, we are unable to take American Express or Discover,
some restrictions apply. A security deposit is not required, but we do need a credit card
number for damages, excess cleaning or loss. For specific
