Following are our rates and reservation policies for our
Kona vacation rentals. Please read before making your reservation. Please see our RENTAL CARS page for car rates.
Daily rates are in effect for our Kona vacation rentals
from 12/19/2003 until 12/19/2004, with special rates during Christmas, Thanksgiving and Ironman.
Please note, at Christmas there is a minimum stay of 7 nights in all units. Weekly rates may be
in effect April to July and September to Mid December.
To confirm your dates, we need to receive a two night plus tax
(11.42%) deposit within 7 days of making your reservation (personal checks or credit cards are
accepted). The full balance will be collected by our on-site agent at check-in.
We do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
A deposit for damage is not required but a credit card number is. In the unlikely event there is damage or if excessive cleaning is required, you will be responsible and your card will be charged.Cancellations will be honored up to 72 hours prior to arrival
date with no penalty.
