All our Kona hotel condos have been totally refurbished and
redecorated with your comfort and needs in mind. You will find wall-to-wall
carpeting, ceramic tile or Travertine marble floors in soft pastel colors. For your comfort all
our Kona hotel condos have ceiling fans in every room. You will find a very well-equipped full kitchen,
remodeled with microwave, full size range, icemaker refrigerator, dishwasher, blenders, coffee
grinders and more.
Sleeping accommodations in our Kona Hotel condos are
queen-size and king-size beds with all linens provided. Additional amenities include;
color TV with extended cable, a VCR so you can see your vacation videos immediately!! For
your convenience we have provided an answering machine and installed a private phone line
to save you the expense of hotel surcharges. Other amenities include; washer/dryer, iron and
board, ice coolers and beach mats if they survived the last guest. We are
located just 1.5 miles south of the main town of Kailua on the Kona Coast. For more

Our affiliation with AVIS CAR RENTAL allows us to offer our guests car rentals at very competitive rates, beginning at $22 per day. Normally $285 per night, our temporary rates are discounted to
